Collects high-precision point cloud data using a laser,
achieving precise measurement with an absolute accuracy of 5μm and reproducibility of 1μm

   
   

Adopts the FMCW (Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave)
method to measure narrow and complex areas without contact.

   

A single probe can measure both the depth and the side surface of the inner diameter without the need for probe replacement.
One probe can measure a wide range of internal shapes from φ6 to φ100mm, and because it is a non-contact measurement, inner diameter measurement can be completed in 1 to 2 seconds.
