Respond to various types from 5 tons class for research application to production. For research application, we have not only hydraulic pressure but also screw pressurization type. We of course have production configurations. We configure a compact size roller press which sticks to a frame. The feature is a strong design to avoid pressure decreasing due to the frame extending. For rollers, it is able to correspond up to 4 tons linear pressure. According to use and spec, we can offer products of our partners or manufacture our own.

Mounting and base
Building a strong mounting and base for machinery is important for maintaining stability for the long term. A strong mounting and base also shortens the start-up time by minimizing accuracy deviation to transfer and transport mechanisms. Generally, we have eliminated the use of aluminum frames. We construct stable bases using thick square logs and a substantial base for the can manufacturing process. For various requirements, we do annealing and use a mount with additional accuracy.
