We had difficulty doing pneumatic feeding of material with viscosity of 500 Pa・s which is more than 10 times of mayonnaise (10 to 50Pa・s) from resin cartridge in addition to controlled difficulty level to correct application trajectory with measuring work shape. In general, resin cartridge is set in machine and changed when cartridge gets empty because of high viscosity. However, if mass-produce with such system, there is a need to stop machine very often to change resin cartridge. By devising ways to pneumatic feeding system to feed high viscosity material from outside machine, it enable material change while machine is operating and realized dramatic improvement of machine operating rate.
